These sessions combine intense, focused traction and release routines of ball rolling with softer 3-dimensional patterns and movement fundamental to fully connect and coordinate limbs with trunk for healthy joints and ease of movement.

These tune-up sessions are a wonderful way to reset your body/being to a more fluid, connected and whole way of being.
