What’s missing from your movement vocabulary?
Are you using your body in all the possible planes and dimensions? Most of us spend a huge amount of time in the sagital (wheel) plane i.e. sitting, walking, running, biking, bending over, reaching in front, eating. This can lead to all sorts of repetitive strains, aches and pains in your body.
It’s not the amount of movement but the type of movement that works to quietly organize the body and keep us feeling well. The benefit we get is from the variety of movement.
March FM Tune -Up will focus on the less used planes and will be geared towards participants specific needs. Learn how to balance your habitual spatial shapes and patterns by introducing new ways of initiating movements in the less used planes and how fuller 3-dimensional patterns keep us at a higher level of functionality.
