Online Classes for Fluid Movement, now open

Has stress and a stay-at-home lifestyle got you feeling stiff? Join the online tune-up session for Fluid Movers.

These sessions combine intense, focused traction and release routines of ball rolling with softer 3-dimensional patterns and movement fundamental to fully connect and coordinate limbs with trunk for healthy joints and ease of movement.

You will need a space to work – big enough to be in the open X position & move, with ample light and your laptop or phone positioned @ 6 feet away to allow the teacher to see you lying down, mat or carpet, towel for face down routines, white & copper ball.

Reset your body to a more fluid, connected and whole way of being.

Every other Sunday: 5/17, 5/31, 6/14, 6/28  11:00am-12pm (Register Below)
