Bringing together movement fundamentals, 3-dimensional patterns and focused ball rolling routines. Classes will be geared towards participants needs – addressing the functional connections of legs into pelvis and arms into trunk.

These tune-up sessions are a wonderful way to reset your body/being to a more fluid, connected and whole way of being.
