Bringing together movement fundamentals, 3-dimensional movement patterns and focused ball rolling routines.
These tune-up sessions are a wonderful way to reset your body/being to a more fluid, connected and whole way of being.
Classes will be geared towards participants’ needs — addressing the functional connection of legs into pelvis and arms into trunk.
