Fluid Movement Foot and Leg Fitness Class

When was the last time you worked out your feet and felt the connection into your legs and hips?

Using different foot & leg props and repatterning exercises, this class will change the shape of your feet and the use of your legs above. In this class you will learn routines to release the bottoms of your feet, raise your arches, realign your ankles, balance your leg muscles and improve how you stand and walk in the world!
