Join us for an energetic weekend of training with Aviv Goldsmith Sensei. Experience his focused and systematic approach to teaching – from basics to advanced, Aviv Sensei will teach you to move in a way that is flowing yet precise, powerful yet effortless.
Aviv Sensei is a longtime friend of this dojo, who taught the first seminar in our first permanent location, in 2011. If you have not yet had the opportunity to train with him or to uchideshi in his amazing dojo in Virginia, do not miss this event!

Aviv Goldsmith Sensei began his Aikido training in 1975. From 1987 until Saito Shihan’s passing in 2002, he trained annually with Saito Morihiro Shihan, 9th dan. Saito Shihan awarded him the second-level weapons mokuroku (teaching certificate). Aviv Sensei is the founder and chief instructor of Aikido In Fredericksburg, a world class training facility modeled after the dojo in Iwama. Learn more at aikidoinfredericksburg.org.
